Contract

The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Special Orders has received your submitted shopping cart form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order(s).  This contract is legally binding in accordance with United Kingdom laws.

Returns

Please note that magazines are exempt from the distance selling regulations. Cancellations and returns are at our discretion and contact must be made info@specialorders.co.uk prior to returning any such items.

Our terms subject to our acceptance are:

 •               Returns: Goods must be in their original condition and unused, items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All packages returned to Special Orders will be subject to the Royal Mail re-shipping charges.

•               If the package does not contain an item you ordered or a wrong item delivered in error, you must advise us by email within seven working days of delivery.  

•               Special Orders will not pay for the return postage of returned goods (unless damaged or wrongly supplied), and will not refund the original delivery cost of magazines.  

•               Special Orders does not compensate for any costs incurred in cancelling items.

•               Any goods returned to us should be sent via a tracked mailing system such as recorded delivery,  Special Orders does not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

Stock

All goods remain the sole property of Special Orders until such time they have been paid for in full.  We keep as much of our stock range as possible available in our warehouse. Typically this is at least 95% of our items. We will ship orders with available stock within 48 hours.

Special Orders will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific product not being available at a specific time.   All stock items are subject to availability and may differ from the image(s) displayed.  We will always try and *substitute with a similar product(s) if the stock is unavailable to dispatch. (*unless you contact us prior to dispatch)

Substitutions

As common practice within the industry if a stock item is unavailable we reserve the right to replace with a similar product [If this is not acceptable please say so via the comments section whilst placing your order]

Customs & Import taxation

If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; Special Orders has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Items are marked "printed papers" and therefore should not attract additional import duties.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit or refunds for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Stickering your goods

As common practice within the industry you may find that the adult magazines you have ordered have been stickered with our company logo and/or paid advertisers logos [ if you do not wish this please request via the shopping cart ].

Special Orders will  make every effort to respond to any customer service issues. We will provide feedback and answers to your questions as quickly as possible. Information Collection and Use

Special Orders is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Special Orders collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site. You will be added to our mailing list automatically, to be removed from this list please advise us at any time by emailing us at admin@dpbenterprises.net or calling or  0794 131 8619.

Customer

We request information from the user in our shopping basket. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for invoicing purposes and to fulfil customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

You may become a registered customer, in which case we will save the information you have provided. This will enable you to use the site without retyping your information.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We use session cookies (only for when you are on our website) to enhance your experience and make life easy for you. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. We do not use adware, spyware or any other topical online tracer.

Log Files

We use Log Files to identify IP addresses, browser type, domain name, date and time users have accessed our website. The data is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing

We do not share or sell personal details to any other third party unless we have to use a drop-shipping service to fulfil the order.

We use email links located on the "contact us" page to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in. We directly respond to messages related to customer orders. For all messages that do not relate to customer orders – storage of such data is not filed on either hard copy or digital formats respectively.

Security

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information through the Web site, their information is protected both online and offline. Our staff will not disclose any customer information, names or purchasing information to anyone outside of Special Orders, unless required to do so by law.

If fraudulent activities and/or malicious and practical jokes are suspected your I.P address will be stored and given to the relevant authorities.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available -- SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, which happens when you are just "surfing."

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Special Orders of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or have not informed us that you would like to be removed from the mailing list(s), from time to time you will receive electronic mail containing special offers and upcoming promotions, please contact us if you would rather not receive such material and you will be remove from our mailing list(s) a.s.a.p.

Shipping & Billing

To further ensure your privacy, all of Special Orders products are delivered in plain packaging, which lists Special Orders as the return address (and not any other name, as discretion is our top company ethos). Charges to your credit / debit card will be shown as Special Orders.

We are not responsible for the service that Royal Mail, Parcel Force provide.

All packages are sent in plain strong materials, there's no reference to what you are ordering or what website has sent it - rest assured discretion is our top policy.

Material displayed on our website or herein our mail order facilities are completely legal and conforms within the United Kingdom’s guidelines, however if you are having your order shipped abroad then you are solely responsible for the regulatory laws in your country and/or state/province.

Minimum order value on this site is £5, orders received under this value are at our discretion.
